PDF Layout Reflower is your ultimate companion for reading PDF documents on mobile devices. Traditional PDFs use a fixed layout, which often requires endless zooming and horizontal scrolling on smartphones or tablets, resulting in a tedious reading experience.
This tool parses the text flow, line spacing, and physical coordinates of the PDF pages, reconstructing paragraphs and heading hierarchies based on layout heuristics. For multi-column or dual-column documents, it merges column flows into a single responsive flow, ensuring smooth reading.
Additionally, it detects common math notation (such as \sum, \alpha) and wraps it in Markdown-style math delimiters, and offers multiple reading themes (Sepia, Dark, Eye-protecting Green). You can export the reflowed layout as Markdown or a standard EPUB ebook with a single click.
How to Use

Yes, the layout reflower detects the horizontal coordinates of text blocks and structures left and right columns sequentially, preventing line interleaving.
Will images and math formulas be lost?
Text containing common math notation (such as \sum, \alpha) is wrapped in Markdown-style math delimiters, but this is simple pattern matching rather than full formula recognition, so complex equations may not be detected. Images are preserved in their corresponding semantic positions.
